To examine the correlation between digital adoption and high-performing care managers, Wellframe assessed telephonic touchpoints and digital interactions on the Wellframe platform that occurred with members across a range of risk levels.
Using this dataset, we compared the performance of staff who fully embraced digital adoption, and used technology to its fullest potential, to staff who primarily used telephonic channels to engage members.
