Below are a few Wellframe app frequently asked questions (FAQs).

  • Wellframe is a free mobile health program on your smartphone or tablet designed just for you. Easily connect with a real nurse who can provide support and encouragement when you need it and help you stay on track between doctor’s appointments.

    Get started

  • To get started, you’ll need the following items:

    1. Access code from your healthcare provider
    2. Healthcare provider member card
    3. Smartphone or tablet
  • For help resetting your password, contact our support team.

  • For a list of devices compatible with the Wellframe app, visit our Support page.

  • If you are eligible for enrollment, you will receive an access code from your sponsoring organization, care team, or provider. If you are unsure what access code to use, please reach out to your sponsoring organization, care team, or provider who introduced you to Wellframe. For additional help, visit our access code support page.

  • If you have been invited to use the app and your access code isn’t working, please reach out to your sponsoring organization, care team, or provider who introduced you to Wellframe for the appropriate access code for you to use.

  • The app will ask you whether you will be using the app to support your health or to support someone in your care. Click on “Someone Else’s” and follow the remaining steps.
