Department Overview

Position Overview
The Client Services Associate will support Wellframe’s provider clients at launch and throughout ongoing management, such that the platform is deployed in a timely fashion and positioned for success with respect to client staff adoption, patient acquisition, and enhancing patient care. This individual will play a critical role in integrating client workflows with platform capabilities and building staff trainings. Throughout the course of the contract, the Client Services Associate will be an expert on that account. S/he will relay the clients’ experiences and feedback to the Wellframe internal teams, derive opportunities for product and service enhancement, and coordinate Wellframe resources to enhance the relationship. Deployments will vary in scope and complexity but the Client Services Associate will consistently demonstrate exceptional project management skills and a commitment to client success and relationship building.

Requirements:
• Coordinate all resources and requirements needed during the implementation phase in order to ensure a successful client launch, including:
• Owning client-specific project plans
• Gathering client requirements and communicating them to internal teams for execution
• Designing and building on-site, remote, and web trainings for clinical staff
• Quickly identifying and communicating potential risks as they emerge that may impact implementation timeliness and success
• Build strong relationships with clients
• Manage clients through continual analysis of performance through analytical approach and regular client check-ins
• Work closely with Wellframe Client Services directors and managers to execute strategic plans for organic growth with clients and to meet client and Wellframe goals

Role Overview:
The Client Operations Manager will be the primary point of contact for his or her assigned clients, working within a multidisciplinary, team-based client delivery model. Reporting to a Client Services Director, the Client Operations Manager will own the program implementation, ongoing day-to-day operations, and corresponding relationships with clients. The Client Operations Manager will work closely with the client and the internal Wellframe teams to ensure key program milestones are met on time and that the client is positioned for success with respect to their Wellframe usage and engagement metrics (e.g., client staff adoption, patient onboarding, etc.). At Wellframe, the Client Operations Manager will be the expert source of knowledge about that client’s program attributes, operational trends, and challenges. S/he will be a voice of the client, as well as a client advocate, relaying the clients’ experiences and feedback internally and deriving opportunities for product and service enhancement. This role will marry consultative thinking and planning with strong operational execution.

Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary, daily point of contact to clients, building strong and lasting relationships with client counterparts

Position Overview
This position focuses on managing and supporting the development cycle of Wellframe clinical programs, which are delivered to patients on mobile devices. These programs address a wide variety of patient needs from chronic disease management to weight loss to stress reduction. The Clinical Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the development and configuration of Wellframe clinical programs, and for managing complex projects that result in the on-time and in-scope delivery of clinical programs to the client services team for implementation.
 
Requirements
The Clinical Project Manager will support clinical program development and configuration during the program development cycle, and will also coordinate the management of program development projects. Key functions of the role include:
 
-Develop and manage detailed project plans that integrate client priorities into established protocols for the development of Wellframe clinical programs; supervise the successful execution of project plans once developed
-Content development in accordance with Wellframe health literacy and style parameters
-Program configuration and quality testing in Wellframe’s content management and internal admin systems
-Coordinate meticulous and comprehensive documentation of the development and testing of all clinical programs components
-Work with the Clinical Programs team to refine and improve the content development, program configuration and testing processes in order to prevent duplicative and inefficient workflows

In collaboration with the Director of Clinical Programs, the Senior Clinical Quality Manager works to:
- Manage the clinical design and creation of evidence-based clinical programs to be delivered to patients on mobile devices
- Design and create clinical protocols to be delivered to Wellframe clinician users on our web-based dashboard
- Collaborate with the client services department during new program development, training, and implementation phases of program creation to ensure a successful launch
- Support the sales team in efforts to provide potential clients with a vision and understanding of how Wellframe clinical programs can transform existing workflows
- Ensure that Wellframe clinical program content and design continues to provide education and capture data on key quality improvement measures for Wellframe clients
 
Wellframe clinical programs and protocols address a wide variety of patient needs, from chronic disease management to lifestyle issues like weight loss and stress management. The Senior Clinical Quality Manager will be responsible for reviewing the literature to ensure that the latest evidenced-based practices are incorporated into our programs, and that our programs address all applicable quality metrics such as Medicare Stars, HEDIS, and NCQA requirements. The Senior Clinical Quality Manager will also be responsible for reviewing content authored by other members of the team for clinical accuracy.
 
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing scientific literature and summarizing applicable evidence base
- Detailed design of clinical protocols based on evidence base
- Authoring and editing of patient-facing written and audiovisual education materials
- Develop and implement a process for periodic review and revision of existing clinical programs
